How it works

  2. Our cron checks every lender's rate sheet once a day at 06:00 UTC.
  3. When any lender's rate drops at or below your target, we email you once.
  4. The alert auto-closes. Re-arm it any time.

Rate alerts reflect the best rate present in our Canadian lender rate sheet. Specific rate offers and final qualification depend on a licensed broker's review of your profile.
