Loans Expert is a mortgage rate comparison platform operated by Planetterrian Ventures Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). Our platform allows users to compare mortgage rates from multiple Canadian lenders and connect with licensed mortgage professionals.

Loans Expert is not a lender, bank, or credit union. We do not originate, fund, or service mortgage loans. All mortgage applications are handled by independent, licensed mortgage professionals who are registered in the applicable Canadian province.

2. No Financial Advice

The information provided on Loans Expert is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Rate comparisons, calculations, and other tools available on our platform are designed to help you understand your options but should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice. 3. Rate Accuracy Disclaimer

Mortgage rates displayed on Loans Expert are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Rates are sourced from our network of lender partners and may not reflect all available options. Final rates, terms, and conditions are determined by the lender based on a full application review and are subject to credit approval. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any rate information displayed.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Loans Expert, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age and a resident of Canada
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials

5. Consent and Privacy

By submitting your information through Loans Expert, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle all personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

6. Electronic Communications (CASL)

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

Transactional communications related to your rate comparison or inquiry (such as confirmation emails and broker introductions) are not considered commercial electronic messages and will be sent as part of the service you have requested.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Loans Expert platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the underlying technology, is the property of Planetterrian Ventures Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Planetterrian Ventures Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Loans Expert platform.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors or interruptions. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Planetterrian Ventures Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
